  • Network maintenance and monitoring, including connectivity, VPN, and remote access support
  • System setup, configuration, and updates for Windows-based environments
  • User support and training to keep daily workflows running efficiently
  • Software installation and management, including CAD tools, office software, and specialty applications
  • Hardware maintenance and repair, including component replacement and workstation optimization
  • Documentation and inventory management for technology assets
  • Assisting with server and backup processes under supervision
